Certifications, policies and procedures

GWT Flow is responsible under the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 to ensure the health, safety and welfare
of its employees at their places of work.

At GWT Flow we implement and monitor safe working practices for the use, handling, storage and transport of equipment, articles and substances related to the performance of our services to the events industry.

In particular, we ensure:

Safety training for all staff on employment induction

Creation of risk assessments and method statements

A safe environment in which to work with safe access/exit points

Continual monitoring of health and safety standards by the Health and Safety Manager and on site by Crew Chiefs

All GWT Flow staff undergo a comprehensive induction process which covers all aspects of PPE requirements,
safe working practices based on manual handling, health and safety and environmental policy and practices.

Any new health, safety and risk assessment procedures are communicated regularly through our internal communications channels, which ensures all crew are compliant and up to date with all matters of Health and Safety.
